My Current Go-Tos for High Stress Times.

I've had a lot of high stress times this past year. My partner has almost died a couple of times and right now is not doing as well as I would like. I've had issues with my chronic autoimmune condition that have leve me unable to walk without a walker for a period of time. It has been a struggle. Two very different things that have helped me immensely and have become my Go-To coping methods. 1.
